Never. A huge number of our new patients haven't seen a dentist in a long time, often because of a bad experience elsewhere. We'll take it at your pace, explain everything we see, and build a plan around what matters to you — no lectures, no pressure.
How much will treatment cost?
You'll get a written, itemised quote before any work begins — no surprises at the front desk. We're HICAPS-equipped so you can claim your health fund rebate on the spot, and interest-free payment plans are available through Afterpay, ZIP or in-house instalments.
Do you accept my health fund?
Yes — we're a preferred provider for HBF, Medibank, Bupa and HCF, and we accept all major Australian health funds via HICAPS. We're also a registered Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) provider, so eligible kids' dental is bulk-billed.
Can I get a same-day emergency appointment?
Almost always — yes. We hold emergency slots every morning for toothache, chipped teeth, lost fillings and dental trauma. Call us before 10am on 07 3355 1422 and we'll do everything we can to see you the same day.
What does the $99 new patient exam include?
